- Waist Measurement: Place the measuring tape around your waist, just above your navel. Ensure that the measuring tape is flat against your body and not too tight or too loose. Note down the measurement in centimeters.
- Hip Measurement: Place the measuring tape around your hips, passing through the widest points of your hips. Ensure that the measuring tape is flat against your body and not too tight or too loose. Note down the measurement in centimeters.
