Can I return my kaftan?
In-stock pieces may be exchanged or returned for store credit upon request within 14 days of receipt. Made-to-measure creations are eligible for alterations only, with the timeframe agreed on a case-by-case basis with our team. These conditions are subject to applicable statutory rights.

What are the benefits of a custom caftan?

Can I buy fabric for my kaftan and then send it to you?
Yes, you can provide your own fabric for making your caftan.
Do you offer dress rentals?
No, we do not offer rental services. All our creations are available for purchase only.

How to order a kaftan online and make the payment?
In Morocco, we welcome you by appointment at our Casablanca showrooms. If you are abroad, contact our team on WhatsApp with the design you are interested in. We will confirm its availability, the possible adjustments, and your quote.
How do we process your order?
We work together on the caftan, the colors, and the personalization details you want. A work based on mutual trust where we provide personalized attention throughout the making of the caftan. We can work from the models available on our site or our Instagram page or from a photo or image. (We remind you that we do not make any 'certified copy' of models that do not belong to us)
How to choose the right measurements?
An important part of designing your kaftan is making sure each size fits perfectly. Our size chart is available on all of our item pages. Also, you will be notified by phone once you have placed your order.
