What delivery method do you use?

We use all major carriers and local delivery partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

For international deliveries, we rely on our partners DHL, Fedex, or Aramex.

Can I return my kaftan?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order we are happy to help. Just email us directly and we'll walk you through the process.

How long does it take the custom caftan?

It can take anywhere from 10 business days to 40 days, depending on the model you choose. On average, the confection takes 2 weeks from the validation of the order after receipt of your payment and your measurements.

What are the benefits of a custom caftan?

When a kaftan is made according to your measurements, it is therefore perfectly adjusted to your figure. You can customize the model by selecting the color, fabric, cut, length yourself. the caftan becomes pleasantly unique to wear.

Can I buy fabric for my kaftan and then send it to you?

How to order a kaftan online and make the payment?

We work by correspondence, with follow-up and exchanges by telephone, message, or email, until the delivery of your caftan or your djellaba. When you choose an item available in stock, you can directly pay on the site and wait for the item to arrive at your home. When it is a bespoke item you will need to contact us via whatsapp or email us to request a quote. Once we have agreed, you can then make payment using the method that suits you best.

How do we process your order?

We work together on the caftan, the colors, and the personalization details you want. A work based on mutual trust where we provide personalized attention throughout the making of the caftan. We can work from the models available on our site or our Instagram page or from a photo or image. (We remind you that we do not make any 'certified copy' of models that do not belong to us)

How to choose the right measurements?

An important part of designing your kaftan is making sure each size fits perfectly. Our size chart is available on all of our item pages. Also, you will be notified by phone once you have placed your order.


Can I pay in installments for my purchase?

From now on, we offer our customers payment in installments in 2 or 3 installments by credit card or check in our store or on our website, secure online payment.
